Due to increased abuse of the Consolidated Classified Ads, we have introduced a new security and approval system.

Accounts with a local e-mail address or e-mail addresses from anonymous providers such as yahoo.com, hotmail.com or gmail.com that have local account information such as a mailing address or phone number will be allowed to post listings immediately. Accounts from anonymous or unverifiable e-mail domains, or whose account information is not local will have posted listings held for approval. New accounts from anonymous or unverifiable e-mail domains will be subject to review periodically for account verification.

If your account is subject to manual approval for posted listings, and you feel you should become a verified user, please contact Consolidated Telcom, for verification, during business hours (8 am to 5pm, MT).

Each account holder will be required to accept the updates to the terms and use prior to posting new listings on Consolidated Telcom Classifieds.

• We reserve the right to remove any listing or account at any time without prior notification to the use if it has violated the Terms and Use of the Consolidated Classified Ads.
• We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any listing or communication; it is the responsibility of the potential buyer or seller to verify authenticity of the other party.
• The Consolidated Telcom Classified Ads system is intended to be for those who would like to sell, buy, or give away items; announce community events; or are looking for employment or employees. The Classified Ads system is not a political or theological discussion arena and any editorial / opinion listing will be removed.
• We provide the ability to post listings in up to one (1) category at a time. Duplicate listings or listings that contain similar information from the same user can be removed at the sole decision of Consolidated Telcom, please do not spam the Consolidated Classified Ads

1. Consolidated Telcom reserves the right to prohibit specific e-mail addresses, domains and IP addresses from using this service.
2. Consolidated Telcom reserves the right to remove accounts or listings, without prior warning, at any time.
3. Consolidated Telcom FREE Classified Listing is run as a service for the Web community and cannot take responsibility for the quality of the items presented herein.
4. Consolidated Telcom disclaims any warranties expressed or implied on goods or services listed on the service. Consolidated Telcom DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
5. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, shall Consolidated Telcom be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if Consolidated Telcom or a Consolidated Telcom authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
6. In no event shall Consolidated Telcom's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise exceed the amount paid by you to Consolidated Telcom, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
7. Sellers assume all risk and liability arising from their offer for sale of any item.
8. Consolidated Telcom reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Pornographic, other "offensive" or duplicate postings will be removed.
9. Users must be of legal age with the ability to enter into binding contracts.
10. The sale of illegal items, including all counterfeit goods, are expressly prohibited. Consolidated Telcom will terminate the listing of any such items upon notification by the legitimate trademark or copyright holder and the Seller of such items may be subject to suspension.
11. Consolidated Telcom does not assume responsibility for the content or the context of the listings.
12. Consolidated Telcom does reserve the right to move listings from one category to another or to end listing as appropriate, in its sole discretion.
13. Consolidated Telcom cannot guarantee preservation of records, and may expire information without notice, at its sole discretion.
14. Consolidated Telcom does not assume responsibility for the content or the context of the public display areas such as the bulletin boards or the feedback forums.
15. Consolidated Telcom users may use available information about each other only to the extent necessary to facilitate Consolidated Telcom related transactions.
16. The use of private user information, other than as expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited.
17. Users agree to refrain from "spamming" (sending unsolicited commercial e-mail to other users). Users agree to refrain from re-posting ads frequently so as to appear at the top of the new item listing. System abuse of any kind will result in termination of the user’s ability to post items on the Classified Ads. No notice will be given and abuse will be determined in Consolidated’s sole discretion.
18. Consolidated Telcom cannot guarantee that we will notice or prevent any inappropriate use of the system.
19. Consolidated Telcom cannot guarantee that we will notice or prevent users from registering with false demographic information.
20. Consolidated Telcom cannot guarantee that sellers will complete the sale of an item, or that buyers will go through with the purchase of an item; all risk is taken by the individual buyers and sellers. This includes but is not limited to risks associated with dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons, or persons acting under false pretense. Know your trading partner! Practice SAFE Trading!
21. Payment terms are to be agreed upon between seller and buyer. Consolidated Telcom is not involved in the transaction.
22. Consolidated Telcom is not responsible for damage or loss caused by errors in the system or the Internet. The system may be unavailable unexpectedly as a result of errors or circumstances beyond our control. Use the FREE Classifieds at your own risk.
23. The Rules and the Terms and Conditions of this Disclaimer may be amended from time to time, by Consolidated Telcom in its sole discretion.
24. Consolidated Telcom and its subsidiaries are hereby released of any liability and held harmless in regard to the above services and customer agrees to indemnify Consolidated for all cost and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred by Consolidated in providing this service.. The customer agrees that all provisions, charges, collections, services, and negotiations shall be enforced in accordance with the law of the State of North Dakota.
